Daiwa Foundation Japan House is suited both to high profile events and to discreet meetings. It has a number of high quality rooms available for hire, each with its own distinctive characteristics.

We welcome both non-profit and corporate clients and offer highly competitive rates. In keeping with the objectives of the Foundation, priority is given to non-profit organisations or events that help foster UK-Japan relations.

Recent events that have been held at Daiwa Foundation Japan House include a briefing session by the Football Association, academic seminars and board meetings.

The rooms are:

Regency Room An elegant Georgian style room overlooking Regents Park, suitable for informal meetings for up to 10 people or presentations for up to 20 people.
Lecture Room A highly flexible space ideal for seminars and lectures for up to 70 people.
Dining Room A unique dining space with walls lined with wallpaper and Japanese calligraphy. Suitable for meetings or formal lunches for up to 15 people.
Library A Georgian drawing room for informal meetings or a quiet workspace for up to 5 people.

Technical equipment
The Foundation can provide standard audio-visual equipment, such as TV monitors and VHS video. The Lecture Room has its own public address system. If other or more specialist equipment is required, we suggest that is hired separately.

Catering and table waiting
The Foundation has a good sized kitchen which is often used by outside caterers for events held at Japan House. Unfortunately, the Foundation is unable to provide or arrange catering services itself.

If you have a particular event in mind, please contact us using the form below and we will contact you about how Daiwa Foundation Japan House can fit your requirements.
